By creating an account and using Accrewal ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 8 years old to use Accrewal. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current and complete information. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
3. Use of the service
Accrewal provides a digital logbook and community platform for watersports enthusiasts. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading session data or hours
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
4. Session logs and verification
Session logs you create are your own records. Club verification of sessions is provided as a convenience and does not constitute a formal qualification or endorsement by Accrewal. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in unverified logs.
5. Intellectual property
The platform and its content (excluding user-submitted data) are owned by Accrewal and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the session data you submit.
6. Third-party services
The platform integrates third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and PostHog (analytics). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accrewal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@accrewal.com.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
